The ToxHards

The ToxHards 78/100

The ToxHards are a relatively small alt rock band that has great variation in energy. Some songs like The Neighborhood are beautiful melodies while others like All the way down are high energy bops.

The ToxHards by the ToxHards 60/100

The ToxHards by the ToxHards was the groups first ep which was more so a wrapper for other songs they had released. The EP includes the songs Should we get a Dog and Butchers Lament. Both these songs are some of their best work, on the other hand Q2 and October are both rather dull and uninspiring songs.

Your Neighborhood 75/100

Your Neighborhood contains the best and worst of the Tox Hards. There are some high highs on this album and some low lows. The album follows a guy listening to his radio in his home town. Some great songs to look out for on this album include Get Creative or Get Radicalized!, Die! Die! Die!, and Cruel all the way down. On the other hand look out for all the “songs” that are just a time as they are just filler and don’t add any substance. The first song on the album is also very much a let down.

Angus The Prize Winning Hog 90/100

This is one of the ToxHards most heavy metalish song but it is far from Heavy Metal. The song takes you on an epic 4 minute story that leaves you wondering, how did you end up here?

DoomBop 80/100

DoomBop is The ToxHards most popular song which is a much more mainstream approach to music with a 70's vibe. The song is in fact how I discovered the band and I would suggest anyone wanting to start listening to the ToxHards start here.

How Lucky Am I? 65/100

This song provides very little in the form of audio quality but it does have a very catchy tune that keeps you coming back. Other than that there isn't much more to say about the song
