This is much more of a how to learn to code. There is a very simple road map I've found for this. I would first suggest finding a language you want to learn. If your just starting out I suggest python, since it's one of the easiest and most versatile languages. To start find an one hour tutorial ideal from programming with mosh. These are good for learning the basics for the next step in learning a new language.
Using chat gpt is critical to any learning experience. What I tend to do is come up with a project and start coding it. When I want to do something that I don't know how to do I ask chat gpt for that specific thing. No telling it to code for me.
Now you need to just to practice by doing new projects. You will find that over time you will learn new things as you complete new projects.
